BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility.

The Promotional Giveaway Prize (the “Promotion”) is open only to natural persons who (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (at the time of entry), (ii) did not purchase any services for purposes of entering Promotion, and (iii) are eligible to enter Promotion as set forth, herein, and in any associated Rules (“Official Rules”). Residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to enter or win Prize: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Sudan, and any other OFAC sanctioned countries. Employees of by Wasserman EMEA LLP, Crystal Cruises Ltd., A&K Travel Group Ltd., and any of its respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of Promotion or production or distribution of Promotion materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. After completing the entry form, you will also be prompted to enter an optional survey which if completed shall mean that your original entry shall be entered an extra ten (10) times into the Promotion. If you do not complete the optional survey your original entry will not be affected. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligibility to win, accept, or redeem Prize is contingent upon complying with and fulfilling all requirements.

2. Sponsor.

Limited promotion is administered by and the associated Prize is provided by Crystal Cruises Ltd. (“Crystal”). Wasserman EMEA LLP (“Wasserman”) is involved in the Promotion in the limited capacity of selecting the winners and assisting Crystal with the development of the Promotion . All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Crystal may, in its sole discretion and without notice to entrant, choose to update these Official Rules or Prize. It is entrant’s sole responsibility to carefully and timely review Promotion Details, any terms and conditions provided separately by Crystal or associated parties, these Official Rules. Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social networking sites or Crystal.

3. Agreement to Official Rules.

By participating in Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Promotion organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to Promotion. Whether an entrant is eligible to participate or winning entrant receives a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein where eligibility is determined in Crystal’s sole discretion.

4. Timing: Promotion Period.

Promotion detail including timing (e.g., when Promotion opens and closes, etc.) is defined by Crystal and may be set out more fully in Promotion Details (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period begins on the 28th May 2025 at 12:00 EDT and ends on 18th July 2025 at 12:00 EDT. Unless otherwise specified in Promotion Details, Crystal’s computer and servers are the official time-keeping devices for Promotion, as determined at Crystal’s sole discretion.

5. Social Networking Sites disclaimer.

Entrant agrees and acknowledges, as a condition of participating in the Promotion, that applicable platforms through which Promotion is advertised, including, but not limited to, Facebook Inc., Instagram, LLC, Twitter, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Amazon.com, Inc. and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (individually and collectively, “Social Networking Sites” or “SNS”) do not sponsor, endorse, or administer, nor are they in any way associated with Promotion. As a condition of participating in Promotion, entrant further acknowledges and agrees that entrant shall release SNS from all liability arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in Promotion, or entrant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize.

6. Release by nature of entry.

Submitting an entry or accepting Prize constitutes entrant’s consent to give Crystal a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, adapt, broadcast, license, create derivative works from the entry, license, post, sell, translate, distribute and perform and display such entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for commercial, promotional, marketing or any other purposes. Entrant gives up and releases any claim that any use by Crystal or its designees of any entry violates any of entrant’s rights, including but not limited to moral rights, privacy rights, rights to publicity, proprietary or other rights, or rights to credit for the material or ideas set forth therein. If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Crystal or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry. Submission constitutes entrant’s consent to and authorize Crystal to, in any manner, use or edit entrant’s image, likeness, voice, in-game nickname, name, creation, gameplay or photograph for the purpose of Promotion.

7. Winner determination.

Wasserman shall be responsible for winner determination. Wasserman’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

8. Drawing, notification, and entrant identity.

Crystal will communicate the decision with winner via a communication medium of Crystal’s choosing. Should entrant fail to timely respond to selection correspondence, entrant may forfeit Prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining applicable eligible entries received, if time permits (at Crystal’s sole discretion). The return of a potential winner’s notification, prize information, or Prize as undeliverable or rejection of Prize by potential winner will result in disqualification of potential winner and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon which, Wasserman (on behalf of Crystal) may select a new potential winner until the official winner is selected. Crystal reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winners, if any.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the applicable social media account used to enter the Promotion. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the account by the applicable social media platform. With respect to each winning entry, the winner may be required to provide proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the social media account associated with the winning entry and is otherwise eligible to enter the Promotion.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return necessary documentation or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits Prize. Receiving a Prize, even if potential winner is ultimately notified of winning, is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules, further review by Crystal at its sole discretion. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits Prize, Crystal may award Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

9. Prize.

The Promotion winners will receive a 10–15-minute virtual golf lesson with Luke Donald redeemed on 24th October 2025(“Prize”) as determined by Crystal. There will be a total of 3 (three) winners in total. The Prize will be hosted and fulfilled on the VRTL Platform: https://www.vrtl.live/. Through this platform, winners will be provided with a bespoke link and log-in credentials. The session for the Prize will be monitored throughout and ended if the winner/s exhibits any behaviour deemed unreasonable as determined by Crystal. The Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize is void if sold for cash or other consideration by the winner/s. Participation in the virtual session is limited to the individual winner; winner is not permitted or authorized to invite guests. Winner is not permitted to record the virtual session. Winner must follow rules or procedures that may be set out herein or at the time of the virtual session. Failure to comply with rules and procedures may result in winner being asked to leave the virtual session or otherwise being denied access to the virtual session. If winner is asked to leave the virtual session, arrives late, is unavailable at the selected time, or otherwise forfeits virtual session, no alternative or replacement virtual session will be provided.

10. General conditions.

Prize is not assignable or transferable, and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. No substitutions by winner will be allowed. Winner may waive their right to receive the Prize. Unused components of Prize have no redeemable cash value, no compensation will be made and will remain property of Crystal. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Taxes.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt or use. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and other tax liabilities (including income taxes), if any, and other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules are the sole responsibilities of the winners.

12. Limitations of liability.

By entering Promotion, entrant agrees to release Crystal, Wasserman and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of its respective parent companies and such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Crystal is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Crystal is not responsible for any typographical or other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Promotion. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry into Promotion, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available or claimed, Crystal reserves the right to give no Prize at all, award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims, or proceed as it determines best in its sole discretion.

13. Publicity release.

Entrant agrees not to disparage Crystal and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to them or their business, business reputations or personal reputations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Official Rules prohibits you from responding accurately and fully to any request for information or disclosure of documents if required by law, court order, subpoena or other legal process, in any criminal, civil, or regulatory proceeding or investigation, or in any legal dispute between the parties.

14. Disputes.

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, this Promotion, winner selection, eligibility, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida or the appropriate Florida State Court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Crystal in connection with Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

15. Privacy and personal information.

Crystal may collect personal data about entrants online and use such data in accordance with Crystal’s privacy policies (“Privacy Policies”) and as set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and the Privacy Policies carefully. Wasserman will use such personal data in accordance with its privacy policy (https://www.teamwass.com/privacy-policy/). By participating in Promotion, entrants agrees to such collection and use of their personal information by Crystal and Wasserman, either collectively or individually, and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and the Privacy Policies.

16. Opt-in to emails and other notices.

By participating in Promotion or accepting Prize, entrant expressly agrees and opts-in to receive marketing, sales, and promotion correspondence from Crystal via emails, text messages, direct messages, and any other form of correspondence.

17. Miscellaneous.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Crystal’s failure to (or decision not to) enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, including those provided within these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Crystal’s sole and absolute discretion.
